Pasties 

Please note that we deliver to UK Mainland only including England, Scotland and Wales but can not service the Scottish Highlands or any UK islands due to the requirement for delivery before noon the following day. 

We aim for our pasties to arrive with you in the best possible condition. To enable us to do this to the best of our abilities we deliver Tuesdays to Fridays before 12 noon. Orders placed by 12 noon on a Monday to Thursday will be delivered the following day by DPD. Any orders placed after the 12 noon deadline will be despatched the next day. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday. Sorry – we do not offer a weekend or Monday delivery.

We have carefully selected our couriers for our “Pasties by Post” service, to ensure delivery before midday. We dispatch our pasties deep frozen the afternoon before they are delivered. They are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs, however during spells of hot weather the ice packs may defrost fully or in part. Provided the pasties are still as cold as your fridge when delivered, they will be safe to consume after you cook them in line with our instructions. Always put the pasties in the freezer (or the oven!) as soon as you receive them. 

Bank Holidays do affect our delivery timescales as we are unable to despatch or deliver orders on these dates and orders will be sent as soon as possible. If you’ve placed an order close to a Bank Holiday please contact us for an exact delivery date. It is likely that your delivery will be dispatched on the Tuesday following the Bank holiday for delivery on Wednesday.

There may be times where we need to adapt the dates we send orders out, we will contact you as soon as possible to ensure you are aware of any delays with your order.

Order Tracking: We provide our courier with any contact details provided by you when you checkout so that they can contact you with tracking information.

Cream Teas

Cream teas are delivered to the same areas as pasties (see above)

We aim for our cream teas to arrive with you in the best possible condition. To enable us to do this to the best of our abilities we deliver Tuesdays to Fridays by next day delivery (cream teas ordered with pasties will be delivered before 12 noon) Orders placed by 12 noon on a Monday to Thursday will be delivered the following day by DPD. Any orders placed after the 12 noon deadline will be despatched the next day. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday. Sorry – we do not offer a weekend or Monday delivery.

Clotted cream will be packed in a separate insulated bag with an ice pack. Always put the clotted cream from your cream tea in the fridge as soon as you receive it.

Tray Bakes

Tray bakes are dispatched on the day you order them (Monday to Friday before 12) via first class Royal Mail delivery and subject to the standard delivery schedule of standard first class post.  Any traybakes ordered after mid-day will be dispatched the following day unless you have ordered on a Friday, in which case they will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). We can deliver traybakes anywhere in the UK, but please note that Highlands and Islands may take longer to reach you and you will have less shelf life on your traybake when received.
